Exchange and Returns Policy
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. This includes items purchased on sale.
Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or fair trade gift, please contact us before mailing products back at [email protected] for our returns address. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGING A GIFT
For refund requests, please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
If you received a Sitara Collections item as a gift, and it is not suitable, you can return it within a 30 day period. Please send your order to our Customer Care team following the Exchanges & Returns Procedure above, ensuring it is in its original packaging with your gift receipt enclosed and returns form completed.
For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
